ON SITE SERVICE
Tech IT Simple provides on-site technical support in the following Gwinnett County, Georgia locations:
Tech IT Simple will provide on site Support Services to customers, providing that the customer meets certain requirements:
The customer must have a personal computer/Laptop that is no more than 6 years old; a working broadband connection such as DSL or cable; Microsoft Windows 2000 or newer. For customers with Windows 9x, Tech IT Simple will provide upgrade service to a newer operating system if the hardware can accommodate the upgrade.
REMOTE SERVICE
Tech IT Simple will provide Remote Support Services to customers, via the Internet, providing that the customer meets certain requirements:
The customer must have a personal computer/Laptop that is no more than 3 years old; a working broadband connection such as DSL or cable; Microsoft Windows XP or newer.
Customers are responsible for backing up their own data before Tech IT Simple perform work on the computer. Tech IT Simple is not reponsible for data being lost or corrupted. Tech IT Simple can provide assistance with data backup or perform backup of your computer at a cost, but only at the customer's request.
